58 Hester Coffee started behind the bar. Before we ever catered an event, we spent 3 working in Southern California's specialty coffee scene — dialing in espresso, learning what separates a good latte from a great one, and watching the way a well-made drink turns strangers at a counter into a conversation.
We believed everyone deserves to try real specialty coffee — not just people who live near a great café. So we put the café on wheels.
What We Do
Today, 58 Hester Coffee brings full-service mobile espresso bars to weddings, corporate events, brand activations, film sets, festivals, and private parties across Southern California — with a focus on Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, and Riverside County, including the Coachella Valley.
Every event gets the same standard we held ourselves to in the café: freshly dialed-in espresso, properly steamed milk, and small-batch beans from our roasting partner, Saguaro Coffee. Our baristas craft every drink to order — lattes, cappuccinos, matcha, chai, teas, hot chocolate, and seasonal specialties — served from a cart designed to look as good in your photos as the drinks taste.
How We Work
One planner, start to finish.
From your first quote to the final cup, a dedicated planner from our team handles your menu, layout, power and space requirements, timing, and day-of coordination.
Self-contained and venue-friendly.
Our carts need just a 5x5 ft space and a power outlet (we can even bring a generator). We're fully insured, provide COIs to venues, and leave every space exactly as we found it.
Hospitality first.
Our baristas learn the room — they'll remember the bride's order, keep a 200-person line moving, and make your guests feel like regulars at their favorite café.
