What's included with the mobile espresso bar?
Everything: the coffee cart, commercial espresso machine, grinder, Saguaro Coffee beans, dairy and alternative milks, syrups, cups, menu signage, and professional baristas who handle setup through cleanup. Our standard menu covers hot and iced lattes, cappuccinos, americanos, matcha lattes, chai, teas, and hot chocolate.

For weekend weddings and peak corporate season, 2–4 weeks ahead is ideal. We can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines for weekday events — reach out and we'll check your date.
Do you work with venue requirements like insurance?
Yes. We're fully insured and can provide a certificate of insurance (COI) to your venue. Our carts are self-contained and need only a 5x5 ft space, one dedicated power circuit per cart, and wheelchair-accessible access.
Can you handle large events?
Yes — we've served events from 15 guests to over 1,000. One cart serves roughly 60 drinks per hour; for conferences, festivals, and large corporate events we scale with additional carts and baristas.
