A great cup of coffee is the easiest way to make a corporate event feel considered. Whether it's a 7am conference registration, a mid-afternoon office pick-me-up, or a product launch you want people to remember, a mobile espresso bar turns a routine perk into an experience — and gets your team and guests talking.
This guide covers everything you need to plan corporate coffee catering: which events it fits, what's included, menu and branding ideas, what it costs, and the logistics that matter to a corporate buyer — insurance, COIs, and invoicing. It's based on the offices, conferences, and activations we serve across Southern California at 58 Hester.
A mobile coffee bar does more than caffeinate a room. For a corporate event it delivers on a few goals at once:
Morning registration and the mid-afternoon lull are the two highest-impact windows. A branded cart at your booth also draws foot traffic — a fresh latte is a better lead magnet than a bowl of pens.
A recurring or one-off coffee bar is a simple, high-visibility way to say thank you. It's popular for onboarding days, review season, and team milestones.
For real estate offices, showrooms, and open houses, a coffee cart keeps visitors lingering longer — and makes the space feel premium.
When the goal is buzz and photos, a custom-branded bar earns its keep. See our brand activations page for how we tailor the cart to a campaign.
A coffee or hot chocolate bar is a crowd-pleasing, all-ages alternative to the open bar — and a natural fit for winter events.
At 58 Hester, full-service corporate coffee catering includes a professional barista, commercial espresso equipment, specialty beans, a full drink menu with milks and syrups, cups and supplies, and complete setup and cleanup. You don't need to provide anything but a spot and an outlet — we handle the rest so your team can focus on the event.
Your menu can be as simple or as elevated as you like. Popular corporate options:
This is where corporate catering earns extra value. We can print your logo on the cups, add a styled menu sign in your brand colors, create a signature drink named for your product or campaign, and style the cart to match your booth or space. For activations, every branded cup becomes a small piece of shareable marketing that travels around the venue and onto social. Custom-printed cups need a few weeks' lead time — see our custom branding options.
Full-service corporate coffee catering with 58 Hester starts at $550. Your total depends on guest count, how many hours and service windows you need, the number of baristas or carts, and custom touches like branded cups. We break the full pricing picture down on our pricing page and in our LA & OC catering cost guide. For a firm number for your date and headcount, request a custom quote — we usually turn them around the same day.
A single cart with one barista comfortably serves most events up to around 150 guests within a service window. For conferences, large offices, or tight windows where you don't want a line, we add a second barista or cart. Tell us your headcount and schedule and we'll recommend the right setup to keep wait times short.
Our carts are self-contained and easy to host. We need roughly a 5x5 ft area per cart, one standard power outlet (we can bring a generator for outdoor or hard-to-reach spaces), and a clear path to roll the cart in. Lobbies, conference foyers, courtyards, offices, and trade-show booths all work well.
Corporate venues and building management almost always require proof of insurance. We're fully insured and provide certificates of insurance (COIs) — including additional-insured endorsements when your venue needs them — and we're set up to handle standard corporate procurement, including W-9s and invoicing. Let us know your building's requirements when you book and we'll take care of the paperwork ahead of time.
For busy seasons and popular dates, we recommend booking 3–6 weeks out or more — and earlier if you want custom branded cups or are coordinating COIs with a strict venue. That said, reach out anytime and we'll check availability for your date.
We bring our mobile espresso bar to corporate events throughout Southern California — Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, Riverside County, and the Coachella Valley. From downtown high-rises and tech campuses to convention centers and desert resorts, we've likely served an event near your office. See our Corporate Coffee Catering services →
